SameDay Albany Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, emergency tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, hazardous and large tree removal, land and lot clearing, cabling and bracing, and storm cleanup services.

We serve residential and commercial properties in Albany, GA and surrounding areas. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and safety protocols.

We provide free estimates for all tree service projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, tree health, access limitations, or other factors discovered during the work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large projects.

We will work with you to schedule services at a time that is convenient for you. Emergency services are available 24/7 and will be prioritized based on safety concerns.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other obstacles that may affect our work. You are responsible for marking or identifying any areas of concern on your property.

We will make every effort to protect your lawn, landscaping, and property during our work. However, some impact to your property is unavoidable when removing trees or performing tree services. We are not responsible for minor lawn damage caused by equipment access or debris removal.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions required by local authorities before we begin work. We can advise you on typical permit requirements in Albany, GA, but final responsibility rests with the property owner.

All work will be performed in compliance with local codes and regulations. If we discover that required permits have not been obtained, we reserve the right to postpone work until proper documentation is provided.

SameDay Albany Tree Services carries full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for all employees. We will provide proof of insurance upon request.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked, damage resulting from natural tree defects that were not visible during inspection, or consequences of severe weather events.

Our emergency tree service is available 24/7 for urgent situations including fallen trees, trees threatening structures, or trees blocking roads or driveways. Emergency services are priced according to the urgency and complexity of the situation.

During severe weather events or natural disasters, emergency response times may be longer than usual due to high demand. We will prioritize calls based on safety concerns and order received.

We guarantee that all work will be performed in a professional manner using industry best practices. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Trees are living organisms and we cannot guarantee their health or survival after pruning or other services. We will advise you on the best care practices, but natural factors beyond our control may affect outcomes.

If a dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. Most concerns can be addressed through open communication.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and handled in the appropriate courts of Albany, Georgia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
